Our Beliefs

• We believe in the limitless potential that we people have, when we
  learn (and have experiences) about what the team or group is.
• We believe that the development of the social dimension, through
  group / communitarian experiences, is the basis to advance towards
  the plenitude of the people and, therefore, of the communities in
  which they are inserted (labor community, educative community,
  family community, etc.)
• We believe that the authentic learning, for adolescents or adults, takes place
  by means of "playing" experiences: we learn "by playing".
• We believe that there are two ways, two paradigms, two perspectives to face life:
  • The predominance of competing. The game is called win-lose.
    (when somebody wins, unfailingly, somebody has to lose).
  • The predominance of sharing. The game is called win-win. (In this
    game, all players win: by different ways, with different intensity,
    but they win)
• We believe that the game of the predominance of competing is present in
  our society, in all the scopes: labor, educative, family, etc. We believe that this
  game causes damage, is injurious for the people and the communities, since it generates: rivalries, comparisons, aggressions, relations of dominion and possession, oppositions, resentments. Really, it generates neither growth nor wealth.
• We believe that the game of the predominance of sharing is a good alternative. To advance in this game supposes: opening, flexibility, clarity, innovation and respect (towards oneself and the others).
  In order to learn this game, it is necessary to have:
  a. certain aptitudes: knowledge of methodologies and approaches.
  b. certain attitudes.
• We believe that the group/team is the "most suitable place" to develop and to experience the process
  of learning the aptitudes and attitudes, linked with the game of the predominance of sharing.
• Finally, we believe in the exponential power of the networks as a different, new way of relations among groups; where matters such as: solidarity, interchange, cooperation, common project, integration, conscience of a wider, more plentiful and deeper "we".

We believe that Homo Gestalt is being born.
